Always annoys me when a seller does not put a simple face on picture. Have asked for a better picture. The case is horrible so badly over polished that this would be a purchase for the dial to be used on a project job. Being a prepared watch gets me asking more questions about the dial. Dial looks in good condition, seems to pass MOY but the lettering is a bit faded, maybe age...
I'm agree with "hoipolloi" - Looks redial. On the edge of the dial the paint just bounced off. This usually happens with repainted dials. Also, the bottom right corner of the date window you can see remains of the black paint.
