If you're looking for a collectible example, this would not be a good purchase. The dial is poorly repainted and the case is in very poor condition because it has been aggressively polished on a buffing wheel. I'd suggest taking some more time to study constellations and vintage watches in general, starting with the learn how to fish sticky.

I might be wrong since I'm new too, but I'll try from what I think. The font is wrong, especially in above section. It may be closer to 60's model. It should be "RE" instead of "ER" in chronometer. For this reference, hour markers should be dots not small rectangles. Besides, it doesn't seem to pass the MOY test.
