Hello all.
I'm trying to hone my Omega hunting skills and this one caught my eye. First instinct was this looked about right for a 167.005 from what I've researched on the case, metal and dial. The photo is rubbish but the case looks sharp but the crystal not in great nick. Dial looks ok and clean but I was a bit concerned with the colour of the lume on the hands. I think the crown is a replacement. Great to have the BOR bracelet. BUT watch has a 552 movement which I understand is a non-chronometer and only found on Seamasters. Would expect to see a 551 in this one. So all in all will give this one a miss. Hope my instinct is ball-park in the right place! 16554c23-9f80-4aa1-b661-aaba00b09e66.jpg 69c7701b-5b12-4b07-b672-aaba00be5892.jpg

Good work I think you’ve given that a fair stab.
The lume could be original though, hard to tell from those pics.
Shame about the moment being a 552 as it looks nice and clean.

You’re quite right about the movt. 👍
Lume looks okay as it matches the pips on the indices.

What a shame. Dial, hands and case in very good condition...

I don't remember seeing end links stamped "800", which Omega are they for?
