Constellation 14777 Jumbo

I came across a constellation 14777 which I am interested to purchase. The serial number of the 561 movement starts with 20k with a 62 SC caseback. The dial is a 2 liner without "officially certified". Does the 14777 runs to the 20k serial or is this a possible donor movement ?
