Considering this - wondering about model, manufactured where/when, fake, appropirate pricing?

Greetings! Brand new here, where so many experts seem to dwell. I am considering this watch on a local auction site, but I can't find any other examples of that dial and the markings are scarce but the're is a hallmark (see pictures) claiming it is 18 carat gold. There's also maybe a maker's mark to the right of that but It's illegible.
Thankful for any help!

99% the watch is authentic. Not a very desirable model for collectors but from the pictures you have posted the watch looks in good condition.
Regarding the price I think the value is near the gold value from the watch..

I found a very similar watch on the net which was labeled as ref. 191923 BZ but it was a platinum version. However platinum would be PA and not BZ, so I thought the suffix BZ was part of the reference-number and not for the metal which should be a prefix then - what do you think?
Omega database unfortunately does not show a result.
