    Hello,
I'd like some help please. I'm about to pull the trigger on a pre-owned Seamaster and I asked the seller about the accuracy of the watch. She sent me this picture. Which of course I don't understand completely. I think it means the accuracy is good? Any help you can give is appreciated!

    Thanks

It gains 1.2 -6 seconds a day in 3 positions. This is good if it is for the watch you are considering.

Photos of the actual watch are very helpful, too.

Thanks for the info. Its for an Omega Seamaster 150th Anniversary -- 2232.30. So as long as it doesn't gain more than 6sec/day is it within spec?

Test should be done over 5 positions, not 3. You would also need to know the state of wind of the movement (fully wound, 24 hours after full wind, etc.) to get much out of the timing results...

And as far as I know, the 3 positions that are tested for non chronometers should be CH (cadran haut = dial up), 9H (9 haut = 9 up) and 6H (6 haut = 6 up).
But the datas you have got still look promising.
