    I think these dials were sold in the UK only.

    You have the dial on the far left with the case next to it. Legitimate variation, IMO.

    Yep the UK had a penchant for these all numeral watches. It's like a driving on the left thing ;)

    The example below was bought in Australia in 1967. I've also seen cal 551 and 561 examples over the years, one with OXG on the movement. The dial was just one of a number of variations available in different cases and different metals. While the UK 18k version of the 14393 had the dial as shown, it was also an option on the 167.005 and 168.005 international editions I believe.
