There’s a dome dial dogleg constellation newly listed on UK eBay at the moment.

It appears to have a rather nice dial and the gold cap case isn’t too bad but has seen some polishing.
Nice medallion and a clean movement (with some signs of rotor rub.)

However, the dial is the ‘missing text’ version which finished around about 1962, whilst the movement is from ‘66/‘67.
The two certainly didn’t start life together but that doesn’t appear to have been mentioned in the listing, so if anyone is thinking of bidding please take this into account when you place your bid.

Nice spot - quite ironic then that the three Omega magazine images used in the eBay description all have the 3 lines of text under ‘Omega’
