I actually have another admiralty already, you can see on page 15 of this thread, with the fixoflex bracelet. I do like the bracelet somewhat, but sometimes it feels cheap too and I dislike it. I think I am going to wear my military one on a brown leather band. How about you?

okay ... for mine I don't think I'm looking for his fixo flex 1122/563. Maybe a mesh bracelet or something special (I have a handcrafted one with an Omega symbol - I bought it for my Speedmaster, but then I used a JB champion type NASA ).
I always try to find a strap consistent with its history and with this model I am not sure if it was born thinking of the men of boats (because of the anchor ) or as a simply sports watch.
In this case also one of cordura or similar material.

Very nice.
I believe these models have an excellent value for money, even among the various Omega models.
I find it perfect in shape, caliber, dial, size and wearability on the wrist ...

Greetings, fellow Omega enthusiasts.

I have set my sights on a silver-dial Ancoretta. One is a 135.042 with a cal. 601. The other is reference 166.054, with a 565 in it. Both are 芦shorthorns.禄 Do both of these references have an 18 mm lug width?

Yes, both cases, and, indeed all bezelled versions should be 18mm lugs.
Pro tip: 17mm lugs, Admiralty or otherwise, can almost always accommodate 18mm NATO or ZULU straps, nylon or leather, even more easily with curved spring bars. These especially suit Admiralty longhorns, since they erase the space between spring bars and case.

Yep, I wear my long horn with 17mm lugs on an 18mm nato. The 17mm leather strap I had it on looked rather delicate. The nato gives the watch a little more bulk.

Very nice, this is my favorite of the Admiralties, with the short lugs. Did you get it for a good price?

If you go back a few pages, you will see a full guide indicating rarity of all models, with a rough pricing. The original metal bracelets are a bit hard to come by. Bezelled versions, being more recent, are more common. Blue and burgundy are both exceedingly rare, especially in good condition (the bezels, like those of SM 120s, tend to "ghost" over time). The most desirable models (and generally highest valued) are the 565 cal. (i.e. same as SM 300s) military-dialed versions.

This is a bezeled one in good shape, but a hand-winder: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203758329135?hash=item2f70f15d2f:g:VQ0AAOSwu0thLyXb

Here's a military-dialed 565 with the original bracelet: https://www.chrono24.com/omega/omega-admiralty-geneve-ancoretta-ref-166038--id20330171.htm

Happy hunting!

Crown listed for case 165038 is 069ST42057. Same for case 135015.

Omega lists this crown as no longer available, and the replacement crown as 069ST42242.

Cheers, Al

Thanks for the reply.
I found the plexy 5128 but I can't find the 42057ST.
what about buying the 069ST42242?
has anyone tried with the 069ST42242?

Looks unpolished to me. Good looking watch.
