Come across this, never seen this kind of dial.
Basically a Compax, with pulsometer scale

Fonts looks OK except the minute track ...

Dial is mint... too good to be true??

    Possible redial? Special order?

    Discuss?

I was looking at that also. From a general standpoint the pulsations track looks dark and awfully crisp for a watch of its age. For that matter so does the whole dial:)

If it's a redial its a masterful one.
The Outer Pulsometer Track is a royal blue - the IG filter making it look black here.

It is pretty, but gut feeling tells me it is a redial. Too many inconsistencies. But it's done nicely. Nothing beats the original medico :)

Looks like a redial to me. Don’t like the way the ‘200’ of the pulsometer overlaps the seconds track, the 4 appears to spill into the minute recorder, never seen UG use Breguet numerals, open 6s on the subdials but not on the 60 at 12o’clock...

Aren't we missing something here? Redial to my eye.

Just had a quick spin through Sala, and I would have thought it should be marked as a Medico-Compax, and it is notable that all the Medico-Compaxes in the book are calibrated for 15 pulsations rather than 30.

If your resting heart rate is above 200, it's more likely you'd be attended by an undertaker than a doctor...

Don’t understand the comment on 200, it is on other pulsations scales as well. And UG used 30 all the way til the late 60s

I think the comment on 200 is about the number 200 being very clearly sloppily done, literally.

Similar this one, in great condition but on this there are open 6 on outer track and multimeter scale is much more even.
The other I believe it is redial.
Contacted seller on IG and he presumes ref is 22522, I believe same as Film Compax

saw this too and I think the seller has already closed the deal with a trade. Too many inconsistencies in the dial, not only in the details but in general design as well.

Apologies for going against the grain here, but that also looks very odd. I am not convinced it is a genuine medico. It has a very clean dial but that configuration does not tick most of the boxes. Please supply serial and reference ...

I just found the picture somewhere on the web- probably pulled off someone's IG- not sure any of its details. It does look very clean. Perhaps same redialer as OP posted watch??
