    Just got this - I'd like to know your opinions - The dial has obviously lost a lot of its color, but at certain angles looks really nice to me. I think the pictures also show how different photos can show different looks.

    try taking a photo without a flash but with some diffused natural light. The flash really highlights the dial deterioration in a way that may not fully reflect the actual appearance.

    This line (red arrows) seen in a few of the photos looked like maybe a scratch on the dial:

    But your last photo looks OK.

    Ok I see. This is only a light flare from light coming through the crystal from the side. Thanks for taking time to explain.

    For me, it is gone. But then again I see all so called tropicals / chocolate dials as defects, so I am not the right guy here to give guidance...
