Even tho i went through some problem with the Omega boutique I still love the outcome collection with the Sm300 finished it off. But that is only until i get a new box or 5 again
i think watches are like pokemon... when you got 150 they bring out a new edition and the ladder starts again xD
It is a nice group of modern watches, isn't it? ....come to think of it, I might have more parts watches than nima's collection of good watches - but I'd have to actually count them to be sure and that would be a little depressing.
I will be adding some gold Daydate, Ap15202 and..... the next fantastic 5. there it goes another long journey of collecting
like that thought for a while i was lusting after a paul newman daytona. but i need to study it more to know what i am getting or any vintage piece in that matter.
Haha Now you're talking.. SM300 looks great in there... It always looks small to me...and seems to wear small whenever I have it on my wrist... but it certainly isn't shadowed in that crowd... I could honestly see the Milgauss and one of the GMTs go...Precious Metal is seriously needed there... Also... a two register Chrono, and something with a diameter greater than 42mm..
ahhh the Newman... Show me a beautiful Woman.... and I'll show you a man who is tired of sleeping with her...
Show me a beautiful Woman.... and I'll show you a man who is tired of sleeping with her... Hilarious!
Nima, props to you on that sweet Rolex/Omega box. It's hard to imagine for many people out there, how, with that collection, you could want more or want something different, but we here know exactly where your head is at MOAR !!!!!! I think @Superdoc nails it, if you look at that box, and ask "what is missing", .... my answer would be some red gold. Every piece you have is awesome, but they all share one thing in common... stainless. Could you see parting with anything? I know you'd like to go for the gold, or an AP, I don't have any gold in my box either, but I can definitely see getting there at some point in the future, either through trading out many for one, or simply saving up and pulling the trigger. Definitely been fun to watch your recent acquisitions , congratulations, and thanks for sharing here and on IG !!
Your collection is never complete until you have this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-VINTAG...4756c86&pid=100009&rk=1&rkt=1&sd=131450507046Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
I've spent a significant amount of time looking at Newman Daytonas @Superdoc - feel free to call me crazy but, no, for the money, it just doesn't do it for me. Maybe you have to really love the actor or something. Max
