·Hello, this looks like an homage to the Corum Gold coin watch https://www.fratellowatches.com/wrist-game-or-crying-shame-corum-gold-coin-watch/
However judging by the fact that there is no brand marking and that it says Japan movt. and that the gold looks slightly faded or damaged I would venture to guess that this is a relatively cheap gold plated quartz watch and not actually based on a real 20$ gold coin like the Corum. I don't know it's value but assuming it's gold plated and from a no name brand it's probably worthless, you'd really need to post more pictures or info for anyone to help you I think.
