i have a stainless constellation model 1011, and the clasp is very loose where the fork attaches to the band. From what I've found it has the correct clasp number (1155/146) but I'm wondering if it's not original. I bought a second clasp brand new in packaging, but it's also loose. I've found images online where the clasp snug to the strap. Are there different versions of the same item number?

That would help. I've attached an image of where the clap is loose, and the packaging for the replacement. I haven't opened it, since I'm able to see that it would also be loose.

Do you mean the gap either side of the clasp ends?

In answer to that question, yes, it may also be applicable to your clasp.

That is exactly what I was hoping to find. Thank you. Now I need to try to find the 7mm fixing. Thank you very much.
