There's nothing wrong with no lume. And it matches the no-lume hands.

Just to be clear - are you saying that there was no lume originally and that the hands are correct?

I do think there are no lume dials with plain hands !

A “T” on a watch dial indicates that the watch contains tritium-activated deposits.

No lume does not do it for me. I have never seen an eric clapton with those hands but have seen those hsnds on another watch brand. The dial should have lume and so should hands and I am a little bewildered that 2 of these have turned up. Prototypes ? Please post reference ...

Let me correct this. It is actually just a rusty spring arm attached to the main plate/bridge 📖
Also the crown seems to be too big and have no logo which suggests that is has been replaced at some point
