Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to share my new 1969 Omega Chronostop Driver with the 90 degree rotated face so that it can be worn underwrist and hence visible while holding the steering wheel at 4 and 8 o'clock. A Driver's watch. Mine has the 920 calibre which is a simplified 861 found in the same era Speedmaster Professional but without the minute and hour track. About 60,000 made which in the watch world is relatively rare. Most people criticized that without a minute subdial the chronostop feature was useless. As a P/T professional sports photographer I find it very useful when shooting motorsports. On the weekend the fastest cars were lapping at just over a minute so I could time their next appearance with the Chronostop very handily.
