Chrono6538 auctions

Has anybody ever used this company, or know anything about them? They seem to be relatively new, and my The Saleroom notifications have been going mad every time they put an auction up. They seem to have a LOT of watches going up for auction, and I just can't help but feel like there's some sort of underlying scam going on, given the wide variety of watches. Their Instagram link on their website seems to point to an inactive profile, which feels a little off, too...

I've had a good look through the watches. A lot of polishing going on. Spoken to the guy who runs the company and his view seems to be that polishing is what the masses want as they look new... to me, they look butchered. But there we go.

Has anyone else bought from this company?
I agree there seems to be something dodgy.

At best they seem to be drop shipping many of their watches from other sellers which begs the question how much can you trust their listings and what will they do if there’s an issue

Every month or so, I get a load of notifications from The Saleroom with their listings under various keywords I have saved. It ruins my morning 🤣

I won't be touching them.
