Chrono 24 seller info not diplaying on the app vs the web

I normally check C24 on my ipad or phone, using the app. For a while now when you click on the dealer link it jumps you down to the bottom of the page, where there is a little down arrow that you can click to show the seller logo/info, and then click the up arrow to hide it. I believe it's hidden by default unless you click the down arrow flyout.

Anyhow for some time now on the apps when you click the flyout nothing happens, it does not show you the seller logo/info. It has been annoying and I thought they were deliberately trying to make it hard to contact the seller outside of the C24 environment.

However I was just on the website (not the app) and it's working fine, just like it always has.

So I guess this might just be an app functionality issue? Curious if anyone else has run into this issue.

They’re trying to hide the seller so you don’t cut out the middleman (Chrono24). It does show the dealers symbol though and you can reverse image search it to find the name. I believe this was discussed elsewhere on the forum recently

You can still search by dealer if there is someone specific you are looking for. On the latest search I also noticed they aren't displaying whether a dealer or private seller is selling.

There was also a cyber attack and email address were accessed.

I've always been able to find the dealer info easier on the app. I usually click on the blue professional dealer tag, then I click more about the seller, and the view current listings, and I can save the dealer from there to my watch list.

Sometimes there is no symbol of dealer in the app. In that case dealer name still present in reviews.
