Cheesy Dials... Are they original?

Dear omega Fans,

I came across these two C shape Constellations online but I find the dials to be a bit suspicious. Any thoughts?

One is a Meister dial that I researched and figured out it was legit. It looks crisp but it lacks the swiss made on the bottom. Any thoughts?

The other one looks like a textured dial that I never saw before. It looks like someone aplied lume on the indexes... is it original? Can this lume be removed perhaps?

My instinct (which is not always right) tells me the Meister dial is original, the other may be a redial.

First one - redial
Meister dial looks correct and the Swiss made is probably hiding under the incorrect crystal tension ring - however the case has been heavily polished.

Cheesy Dials... Are they original?
