    FSOT Omega's, especially Item #2. Maybe worth a follow-up.

    I know, I signed up months ago and then decided I couldn't be bothered... this forums pretty much exclusively gets my attention now. The lack of moderation and absence of rolex bitching or "what size PO should I buy" threads really puts it up there (plus I can't wait for the Ashes to hot up with all the Ozzies in here).

    I think CambraOmega should change his "Cambra Raiders Are Rubbish" to sumpthink more topical.

    Like "Pommy cricketers are rubbish, especially Fatty Botham"

    Sorry, I mean "Sir Fatty Botham".

    <thinks, there....that'll warm the place up a bit>

    You're a few too many decades out with that one.. even worse than if I harped on about Shane Warne the bookie's favourite...

    Yep, I know, but Aussies love to hate Botham, even if he finished playing a hundred years ago, and just as most of us can't stand SW yo can harp on about him all you like.

    That young Agar was a glimmer of hope though wasn't he. Might put some interest back into the great game.

    Indeed, could be a big name for the future. I'm looking forward to the series even more now that it's such a close call in the first test - I think we've realised that you Ozzies haven't forgotten how to play cricket after all and that our batting could be a weak spot for the whole series. Can't wait for three weeks' time.. going to Day 3 at Old Trafford.

    I started out on TZ but it has become quite modern orientated in the last 12-18 months or so, I wonder why :rolleyes:

    I'm not a big fan of TZ either. This wasn't my post. Nor do I know how to post a direct link.

    I was foolish enough to think that one of the "club" members here would have interest in a black dial pie-pan.

    Please forgive my ignorance as it won't happen again.

    Didn't mean to cause offence. I'd genuinely love to see the watch in question (if you are able to copy and paste the pic...). But TZ is unfortunately quite hostile on a technical level unless you've got a high post count.

    Even speaking as an Englishman, I was impressed and when he was out, I turned round to my mate at work and said, "I feel quite sorry for him, not getting his ton." Martin just said, "You'll get over it."
