Not much to a collector with a refinished dial. Depends on what you like, though it is currently going for more than it's really worth IMO. All those bids with little or no feedback reek of shills.

Not even remotely "rare" and way over priced at this point especially with a refinished dial and tired movement..

ahh, thanks guys! The watch looks very clean, despite being a refinished dial though...
although the watch is an authentic omega, yes?

Yes, it is genuine, although really just tarted up to look nice, but with a well worn and discolored movement, with a replaced rotor and bridge.

Another one with brightly refinished dial. I usually stop looking at that point. Not worth half what they are asking (if even that). If you are patient you will be able to find a nice all-original Seamaster.

the watch is clean, but not authentic. If you want a clean watch save $900 and buy a new Timex. That Omeggo is worthless.

bob, the seller of that classic constellation (look at that star....) has re-listed it, as it didn't sell first time (what a surprise).

I fully agree with you, never touch anything with a refinished or reconditioned dial, unless it is something super-rare or it has been factory-refinished, like PP, JLC and one or two other watch-houses - definitely not Omega.

An aged-dial is worth several times more than one that had been re-done, generally.

    Thank-you.

Thanks for the heads up. I am memorized by the beautiful dial and may have to bid!
