When the seller says it's a parts watch, believe him! These later movements can be difficult to correct botches by previous watchmakers. I'd pass at $200. You could be looking at another $200 easily for a Seamaster (not a Constellation) that is a $300 watch in good condition. Not a good gamble. gatorcpa
