Will a bezel insert from a Great White GMT fit on this watch? I think the monotone stainless bezel insert would look better that the duo tone.

Yes, they will. I've bought lots of parts from Omega here in Canada. There is also Otto Frei.

 

Further research tells me that they will replace the entire bezel assembly, not just the bezel's insert. A very expensive prospect.
