    Hello!

I feel like the long lost child who has returned home.

I bought my PO8500 back in 2011/2012 and wore it everyday for 5 years.

Then, having said I’d never buy an Apple Watch, I was given one for free!

I’ve worn the AW for the past 3 or 4 years, and other than its comfort, I’ve never really been attached to it.

So here I am, back in the Omega fold and hoping one of you fine folk can help me.

I’m looking to change the strap on my PO to the orange rubber (spoken with Omega and they can ship it for £215 which isn’t too bad).

But..... I can’t find any info on how to actually change it! I want to avoid going into a shop (they are all closed here anyway) and I’d like to learn how to do it.

    So, anyone have any pointers!

I know you’ve all seen what it looks like, but here it is in the flesh!

I use a Bergeon 6767-F to get the springbar to disengage from the case. Probably any old springbar tool will do, but that's mine. A quick search on youtube should show you how to do it. It's not difficult but depending on how neat you want to keep the back of your lugs, you might want to use some scotch tape to protect them. I don't, but it shows.
