    For those who are enamoured of the 2499, take a look at thisPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network tragedy. Looks like an example of body snatching (case scrapping) again, and the movement found its way into the hands of a Uruguayan Franken Meister.

    If the price remains low, it could be a very good proposition as a parts movement for an owner of a genuine 2499, as all parts are usable except the rotor bridge.

    A shame because that dial is pretty nice! What are the odds of finding a case though? :unsure:

    Only possible salvation would be as a swap in to a 2499 that's been redialed.
