I have a really close friend who is a Rolex enthusiast. Me, on the contrary, I’m an omega enthusiast.

Last night we were discussing about the prestige of the two brands and we ended up talking about celebrities who wear the respective brands frequently.

Except the astronauts wearing the speedy and James Bond wearing the seamaster he could not recall anybody else.

So I had the idea to create a thread about this on OF.

I start with Gianni Agnelli, one of the richest man of Italy, owner of FIAT group wearing a ploprof.

 

..guess I missed the fashion fad of wearing a wristwatch over a sweater sleeve nice watch thou

 

only he can get away with it.

Aren’t G. Clooney and C. Crawford regular Omega wearers? Of course, I’m guessing theirs are all given to them as part of their promotional deals.

After listing none other than Buzz Aldrin himself first, I can think of the following: George Clooney, Nicole Kidman, Cindy Crawford, Liev Schreiber, Daniel Craig, Pierce Brosnan, Greg Norman, Rory McIlroy, Sergio Garcia, Michelle Wie, Davis Love III, and of course, the most decorated Olympian ever, Michael Phelps. Sure some of those are endorsement deals, but does it matter? Think I've also heard mention of Charlize Theron, Gordon Ramsay, Tom Hanks, Simon Pegg, Prince William, Hugh Laurie, and Dave Bautista.
