Hello members,

2 months ago I contacted Causemann to relumen my dial and hands from a 105.012 66CB.
He told me the prices and I send the dial and the hands.


My dial

After 1 month I receive the job.
To my surprise, the dial that is delivered to me is NOT mine!!!!

Recibed Dial 🙁

It looks like it's a replacement dial with old relume.
I contact him immediately and he tells me that he must have sent my dial to another client by mistake.
That he was looking into it and that he would get back to me and return the wrong dial, which I did immediately.
I've been waiting for more than a month for my dial... just saying that he is contacting with their customers... it doesn't seem like this has a happy ending.
Someone has direct contact with Causemann to mediate the matter. I have all the emails that I have written to him.
