They been doing those Limited Editions and Boutique exclusives for a few years now.

G shock collectors are no joke serious. Just not an aspect of watch collecting we see here.

I'm more of a fan of the Casio Oceanus line - not quite as "in your face" as a g-shock.

I’ve seen some of these limited edition G-Shocks pop up on Hodinkee and think they are just as bad as the worst Invictas we’ve seen. The Mudmaster and Frogman lines are particularly terrible.
