    Is 2996 the same clamps?

No clamps are listed under the case references 2990 or 2996. There are two listed for Cal. 267, but both are obsolete and not available.

Such is life dealing with vintage watches...

Or you could find a watchmaker who can simply fit clamps that work. Case clamps are not typically really critical items (except in a very few instances) so if it holds the movement in place, and doesn't get in the way, it's fine. On watches like these, they are nothing special, and I would expect most watchmakers have an assortment of case clamps and can find something to work, or modify an existing clamp to work. I've made them from scratch when needed - not a big deal.
