It’s a Two tone skeleton ballon blue. There are few different versions and I’m not versed enough to vouch for authenticity. That being said they’re not cheap.

I suggest the OP Google Cartier Balon Bleu (sic), and compare the subject “Cartier” to the images he finds! Then get back to us and let us know what he thinks about this watch. 😁

After knowing the name and being able to google it the it’s pretty obvious that the crown is wrong and the watch is a replica.
