Cartier Tank 925 silver case and lapis dial

Has anyone seen a Tank like this? Sterling silver case with very little markings on the back. Lapis dial. Manual wind movement. I have seen ONE example remotely close to this in sterling silver but with a black dial. Thoughts?

Looks like a redial. The cabochon is also suspect looking to me

I initially thought the same until I came across a black dial version. Same Cartier print in white. Same Paris font. Sterling case with a case back that has the same 0.925 stamp.
