This is the beautiful Cartier Ronde Solo Steel Men's Bracelet Quartz Watch W6701005 large model 36mm, with flea bites and small markings. Rated conservatively at 85% just to be safe, but looks mint on your wrist. I believe this model is now discontinued.

Purchased August 2012. Comes with official documentation from Cartier on Bond Street, London with my brother's name on it as original owner.
