I doubt it’s Zenith as it looks like a manual wind but post 69.

Not identical but I would say clearly related.

 

It seems it’s more a Movado Super Sub Sea as a Zenith A277. A pic of the caseback and movement would help.

 

My thoughts a movado perhaps am waiting for images

 

2nd piece is definitely from that company. Logo is perfect match.

It’s not a Porsche Design piece, nor related to Porsche.

They are a German company primarily doing slot cars back in the day and that was big business. I can see them doing watches for the top retailers.

The inside of the watch will give info.

 

Carrera is an sunglasses mfg

 

Also two separate bicycle brands, a cloth brand, was an Italian maker of jeans, and zillions more. None that have such a similar logo that I've found yet.

I asked my friend that proposed it for me last year.

He told me its for carrera club Zürich,Porsche is my misstake i mix up.

 

The dial, hands and case are that of a Movado Super Sub Sea. Which has the same case as Zenith A277, though different dial and hands. Movement should be 146HP.

Personally not seen one with this logo.

In the first photo the “grand prix” logo seems to have a thick black line behind it.
