Can't identify Grandfathers seamaster de ville

Old watch from grandfather. Know it is missing swiss part on face, and band isn't original. Can someone help identify it, if it is even a real omega

Yes it's a real Omega unfortunately the dial has been poorly refinished.

It could be a ref. 166.020 and I assume it slso has the wrong crown.
