New to the forum, looking for some advice. Sorry if this post is in the wrong spot.

Seller says this is a restoration. I am OK with a redial and polish, and fully understand that this is not a collectors watch. Just curious if there is anything about this watch that is authentic OMEGA, or if it is a complete replica. The large seamonster on the back of the case and the "omega'' symbol on the movement give me cause for pause.

I guess it has some authentic parts but it has definitely been tampered with. It's terribly overpolished, a re-dial, and there has been some monkey business in the movement.

I have looked at this sellers watches previously, and this is his MO, to make watches look really shiny.
