I worked for an Omega dealer from 1965 until 1990. Omega watches shipped to our store were shipped by the (then) Canadian distributor for Omega, Hatch & Co., in Quebec City. I don’t know the years during which they distributed Omega. This morning, I Googled the company name and came up with a picture of a rather grand edifice on Grande Allee, in Quebec City. Colloquially known as “Omega House”. It might well have been a residence at one time. FWIW.

Grande Allée had several night clubs when I lived there in the 80s. Chez Dagobert, Deuxième Vitesse, Midnight Express, L’Ombre Jaune. Bars were open til at least 3 am and we left the house later than what is now my bed time! My friend had a Honda Civic and he would steal a parking ticket off an illegally parked car and put it on the Honda so we could be close to the night clubs. We left our coats in the car and stood outside in sub freezing temps to save us from having to check them. We were underage (under 18). Thanks for the memories @Canuck I was a Montreal Canadien fan but my uncle had six season tickets to the Nordiques, so I played along. We went to a lot of games.

@Duracuir1 ,

Clearly, you didn’t include details about your miscreant behaviour back when you were under 18, when you filled out your OPP employment application! Scofflaw! 😀 Nice to be on the right side of the law!

Is that building where Hatch & Co would have had their offices?
