Isn't the MKII bracelet 20mm at the lugs?

The 22mm versions are still available - cheapest from Omega themselves.

Maybe it is. The flightmaster is 22mm right?

The Omega Mark II came with the 1162/173 that has a lug width of 20mm. The Flightmaster, Mark 4.5 or Mark III came with a 1162/172 and that one has a lug width of 22mm. They are both normally for sale on eBay but are getting more and more expensive.

If you don’t mind brand new, they’re still available from Omega, and often cheaper than ebay by quite a large margin.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought the OPs question was about the new modern bracelet on the reissued MkII - with the adjustable clasp. I have the 1162 (with suitable endlinks) on various vintage MkII, MkIV, Mk4.5 models and find them certainly suitable and appropriate, but definitely the older, lighter weight style. Marrying the modern bracelet with the vintage models could be interesting.

    Good point.

The modern mark 2 bracelet is very different to the currently in production, replacement bracelets for the vintage Mk2/mk4.5/flightmaster/Speedsonic.
