I never did any public comment about the membership nor complained about the SCWF board.
SCWF is Ok, it is even very Ok if you are in vintage. I am not in vintage, all what I got right now is one modern Seiko watch which I will put for sale anyway. That's it, I do not expect to be an active poster, in fact I never was very active there.
If, would had known that "termination" means "ban" I would simply have done what @timecube said.

I am quiting the boards which I no longer use, like SCWF or XDA-developers etc. Still remember what happened 1 or 2 year ago, when WUS database was compromised and user's email addresses have leaked. The increase of the spam messages was tremendous!
Was hoping that deleting/termination of the user means that his email address will be removed from the respective database, as per Ash looks like this won't be a case anyway:/

Thank you all for your inputs and answers. I used SCWF' Contact Us form and requested a recall of ban hammer, also explained that due to the similar usernames on OF and WUS, current situation makes an impact for my credibility on other boards. Fingers crossed.
If it does not work I will contact vBulletin as @noelekal advised.

Vbulletin is open source software that also has a paid hosting option. Contacting them will not go anywhere.

You are correct that contacting them would not be of too much help
(unless you happen to be a VB site administrator who is simply confused as to how their software works)
but it is proprietary and not open source. There are multiple open sourced forum options with similar features though. (e.g. phpBB)

Sorry.
SCWF 'Contact Us' is probably your only recourse.

For people who are upset about not being deleted my guess is it's a legal situation (such as a divorce)where they are compelled to disclose their social media, and getting rid of evidence of assets(such as buying expensive watches) or relationships online now becomes quite important to bleach.

With our software the most simple is to ban, and the last person to request his account be deleted got that as he messaged the request to me at 3AM Brisbane time while I was asleep, sent a few more spaced 30 minutes apart and them spammed pornography in a temper tantrum since I hadn't responded and by the time I woke up at 8AM it had been handled by Steve or someone.

Personally and this is the practicality side, it isn't easy for us to do and while we can do what Noelekal suggested above and do the ex-member thing if needed, it doesn't change the fact that our DB will still contain old PMs from you to people and old information so it isn't really doing anything that you just not logging in wouldn't do.

We occasionally have people deleting FS listings too after the fact or editing out prices which we revert and sanction if needed and there are some people that throw absolute tantrums over that and have made threats or claimed their pricing on previous watches or photos that they themselves posted is their intellectual property and therefore DMCA takedown grounds which is downright scummy. We keep that content at great expense storage wise because it is valuable as a historical record and a source of information for future collectors and I see the preservation of knowledge and watch photos as one of our primary goals. So on that front I say to people if you post on our free marketplace you are required to leave that content, images and pricing up as your contribution to the wealth of knowledge here, anyone who doesn't want to do that is welcome to use ebay and pay their fees.

But yea specifically what you're asking is not the easiest thing in the world for us to do.

Yours is a thoughtful and appreciated reply. I did have a few questions about some things I read in the TOS. I may decide to drop admin a note with a my inquiries later on.

I don't use that anymore either. I used it for custom roms, which have no appeal these days, on modern android phones.
It's funny how there are a lot of common interests between members here.

Indeed, those were the days of a good fun which have gone now, apparently.
Same like CPU/GPU overclocking 😉
