It looks ok to me but it's got a pusher missing and probably needs servicing badly which is expensive on those speedmaster automatics due to it being a piggyback chronograph
If through Omega close to $800, which is 75% of what the watch is worth, even a lot of smaller watchmakers that would normally charge 250-350 for a service often replace the chronograph module on these in servicing with a new one which adds a couple hundred or more to the cost.
That's a reference 3510.50 I think. Might be a 3539.50 though. Ash is correct - service is expensive even through an independent watchmaker. It has a caliber 3220, which is an ETA 2892-A2 with a DD module riveted to it. That's why the crown (attached to the 2892) is on a different level than the pushers (attached to the DD module).
By comparison the more expensive Speedmaster Pro with its Cal 861/1861 movement is actually reasonably affordable to service and has a very good record of reliability even with extremely long service intervals
