·It has an Italian day wheel. Outside of that, not familiar enough with these to give you much else. If it's genuine, looks like a Tiffany & Co dial.

Looks like a variation of reference 196.0245 with likely a caliber 1425 quartz movement inside. You can confirm the reference number by opening the caseback and checking inside of it. The bracelet is aftermarket and generally not recommended. This style is spring loaded and eats into the lugs over time.
