Can someone please help me figure out more about this?

I got this from my grandpa when I was 13. I’m 45 now. He and his brothers were in the watch case business in NYC. I have no idea if this was a watch his company was involved with or not. I know it’s an Omega Seamaster but I don’t see much about watches with the numbers on the face (Arabic?) of this age. Any info would be very helpful. Kindest regards.

All of the information is on the inside. That appears to be a case where the the movement comes out the front. You cannot do this yourself. Find a local watchmaker who can open it and then take pictures of the inside caseback and the movement.

Its unusual in that not many have full Arabic indices, 1960s era front-loading case, its a nice watch overall that’s a nice reminder of your grandfather

What is written between the lugs at 6 o'clock ? Gold filled ?
Looks like “14K Gold” to me.

Nice watch, and a less common dial, as noted. Just polishing up the crystal will let that nice dial really shine through.
