Hi Everyone.

Long time lurker and first time poster! I was sent a photo of this Vintage Omega Seamaster. Can someone help me identify it. There are so many Seamaster variants and I have not been able to find something the same.

Up until now my collection has focused on vintage Japanese but the time has come to branch out!

Thanks for all your help in advance.

Dan.

Also, based on this single photo, I would say this is probably a woman's size - somewhere in the 23-28mm range.

Pardon my manners.

Welcome to the forum!

You are allowed to post other brands you know. Japanese vintage is something many of us are attracted to.

Like moths to candles.

Any nice Seikos?

Thanks for the quick replies! Was not aware it was a woman's model. Will keep looking elsewhere!
Cheers,
Dan

I have been into Japanese watches for about a year. My interest started when I got the watch tinkering/fixing bug. Started with learning how to rebuild the Seiko 7S26 movement and then started working with Seiko 66 movements which are nice and simple and robust. Currently have managed to limit myself dress style but I'm now being drawn to Seiko Divers and Chronographs. I have some interesting Seikos which I should post when I get a chance.

Another 70s fake, that's the third one this week. Must be destroyed so we don't see it again.

How much was someone asking for it?

And I'd get an avatar pretty quick if I was you. Your user name is screaming to the mods (or the avatar mod 😉) for a CAA (Compulsorily Assigned Avatar).

Was for auction. Just realized that the auction was last week.
