Can someone help me understand the case back reference numbers

I’d love to try to put it back together but I have no direction as far as a movement to look for. Any information would be great. Year/movement type. Not looking to sell this watch just want to bring it back to its former glory.

    I don't think the back belongs to the case top.

    Lugs look like they are from an earlier watch and do not match known examples of the LU6289A.

    It's interesting that website appears to be Omegaforum equivalent in Vietnam. I see a good number of countries and regions on here but would never have thought interest in Omega watches was so widespread. Testament to my own ignorance and the universal appeals of Omega, I suppose.
