Can someone help me identify this watch?

My wife is going through her grandmother's belongings as she transitions into a nursing home and she asked me to look at a watch for her. I took to Google for a couple of hours but could not find an example of this particular watch. I have not opened it up yet and likely will not be able to until tomorrow but I was curious if anyone has seen one and could point me in the right direction of what movement I should be looking for inside?
