Every time I see these in the wild, I assume fake. Early Breitling is sketchy on case and movement branding. I believe it to be added to a generic watch to increase resale.

Glad I'm not the only one! That train bridge looks SO suspicious, but I don't know enough about these to know whether that is 'just how they were', or a bad replacement, or a sign of a knockoff.
BEST I can tell is that the movement maker mark (between balance and pallet fork) appears to be
