Can someone help me identify my late grandfather's watch?

My grandmother recently gave me my grandfather's Omega but we have very little information about it. I will be taking it to a watch maker for service and clean up, but would like to know something like reference number or anything else.
I know it's a self wind movement and the crown has been replaced, and I know it must have been around 1960's.
Also if anyone knows what kind of strap or bracelet it originally came with?

Any info will be appreciated.

I know it's a self wind movement
There is no Automatic on dial, that means the dial was reprinted wrongly.
You can open the case back and have a look inside the case back and the movement.

i had a guy reach out to me saying it could be a 1964 Omega Seamaster 135.005
It won't say Automatic on the dial as it is hand winding and not automatic if I understand it correctly.

The shape of the caseback indicates to me that it's an automatic, so not a 135.005..
It has a sub-standard re-dial but that's of no significance as this is a sentimental piece.

The markings on the inside of the caseback and on the movement will tell you exactly what you have.
