The dial has been totally repainted in a fantasy style. I suspect that the hands and crown are also total replacements. A put-together watch, made to deceive.

How can you tell that is repainted?
Though sometimes it can be hard to tell, when you’ve looked at enough of them, you just know when it’s been repainted (usually wrong fonts, poor quality marker alignment, off-centre text), or just a made up fantasy dial. Back in the day, folks would have their damaged dial repainted by their watchmaker and everyone would go home happy. For collectors, this will negatively affect the value, usually quite a bit. The fantasy dials tend to come from shops in India, and have zero interest to collectors, but some of us have been fooled along our knowledge journey. Feel encouraged to ask here next time for pre-purchase guidance.

If you like the watch, then just enjoy it. But if you pay to get it serviced, then that may or may not be a good use of your money.
