can someone give me some advise on this dial

I'm still looking an authentic vintage 30T2. I know the price is pretty steep for the one below on ebay but I'm wondering if it is a refinished dial. The Omega logo looks ok but the hour numbers are fairly faded and the sub-second minute markers are very clean. It looks a bit odd to me but I am new at this.
