That takes me to and Omega web page for a 21 mm two-piece dark blue alligator strap with a foldover style clasp with omega # 9800.04.12
Edit: it takes me there but the p/n listed on the internet blurb has a bunch of numbers after 07465. Not sure if the web page is right.
Have you tried calling a boutique?
