Yes, you entered a legally binding contract and there was nothing undisclosed about the watch. The condition was clearly evident in the photographs and description.
As to the sellers claim of "original", would you take as gospel the assessment by someone who sells sunglasses, fishing reels, spanners, Michael Kors watches?
To him (or her) the fact that it looks all original is due to the case/movement and dial markings.
It's only pedantic perfectionists like us that would know the hands are replacements.
It's not a deal breaker and you have a nice watch that could do with new hands.
And I think the crown is original.
